CBP Faces Pandemic, Immigration Crises

WRO: CBP expects this to be a very focused area going forward and has stated that it is a globally abhorrent issue. They will be leveraging unique authorities; media and other government agencies, etc.  Collaborating well, to take some very significant steps to try and get away from this scourge.  CBP has detained more than 300 shipments identified as WRO, valued at over 50 mIllion dollars. This effort will only gain momentum and will not lose steam.  CBP has stated that this situation brings about very challenging circumstances to identify what is coming at us that was produced with forced labor.  CBP stresses the importance of the trusted partnership and collaboration between them and the Trade community as a whole.
